Refund Policy

BRG CUSTOM REFUND POLICY

If in the unlikely event a product is faulty or has a manufacturers fault contact us via the contact page and organise a refund or exchange on the item. 

​

We will happily refund or exchange a product if:

- It is returned within 14 days of the purchase date

- The goods are accompanied with a receipt 

- The products are in the original packaging and state as when received 

Or if a product received is not the same product as the one ordered or is significantly different in description to the one ordered a refund may be processed via the contact us page.

Refunds will be processed once the product has been successfully returned at the cost of the customer and then has been inspected by a member of our team. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to then be processed back to your payment service provider (eg. Afterpay, Zip-pay, Credit Card etc). Please note the time taken for a payment to be received to you from a service provider may vary.

EXCLUSIONS

In some cases a refund or exchange may not be offered to you if:

- The item has been modified

- Misuse of the product or ignoring the manufacturers recommendations or instructions

- Simply change your mind and do not return the item within the 14 day period from purchase date

All items will be posted within 24 hours of payment received.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

We use Australia Post for all of our items. Unless the item is bulky or oversized. Allow 7-10 Business days for a parcel to arrive via standard post, and 3-5 Business days for Express Post. All items will have a tracking number attached and will be provided via email or phone once the item has been processed.

If there is a delay or issue with your item please contact us via the contact us page. And please be patient as once the item has left our store we are no longer responsible for this item.
